Whether a hydraulic pump station works normally depends on two main operating parameters, namely, whether the pressure and flow are in normal working state, and whether the system temperature and actuator speed are normal or not. Hydraulic pump station fault phenomenon is a variety of fault reasons are a variety of factors. The same factor may cause different fault phenomena, and the same fault may correspond to different reasons.
The parameter measurement method can not only diagnose the faults of the hydraulic pump station system, but also predict the possible faults. This kind of detection is direct measurement, the detection speed is fast, the error is small, the detection equipment is simple, easy to be popularized in the production site.
The parameter measurement method for fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump station is suitable for detection of any hydraulic station. During the measurement, there is no need to stop the machine or damage the hydraulic pump station. Almost any part of the system can be tested, which can not only diagnose the existing faults, but also conduct online monitoring and forecast the potential faults.
In the pipeline installation process of the hydraulic pump station, in order not to let the suction pipe inhale air or mix air from the return pipe, so as not to agitate or inhale the sediment at the bottom of the tank, the upper edge of the nozzle should be at least 75mm below the liquid level or 2 times the pipe diameter, and the lower edge of the nozzle should be at least 50mm away from the top of the tank. The distance between the suction pipe mouth and the side wall of the oil tank should be more than 3 times of the suction pipe diameter.
The return tubing orifice should be at least 200mm below the liquid level, and the distance from the bottom of the oil tank should be greater than 2-3 times the return tubing outer diameter. A tanker-shaped diffuser with many holes may be installed at the return tubing end when the return tubing velocity is too high. The crude filter should be installed before the suction pipe to clean up the larger particle impurities and protect the hydraulic pump. It is recommended to install a fine filter on the return pipe to remove fine particle impurities and protect the hydraulic components.
